Accept the Amazon Invitation
You will receive an invitation from Amazon at your new company email.
NOTE: You only have 48 hours to accept the invitation. Make sure this step is not skipped!
If you receive an error while accepting the invitation, give the Amazon Help Desk a call at (888)282-4481 for assistance.
Flex App Information
Using your NEW COMPANY EMAIL Please fill out all the information requested on the Amazon FLEX APP. Don’t forget to attach the photo of your driver’s license for both sides.
NOTE: Make sure you accept the terms and conditions.
Get a 4 Panel Drug Test
Attached is a form that you will need to PRINT OUT and present to the nearest Texas FASTEST Lab Location. If you take any prescription medication, please download the prescription use form. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate testing. Please be sure to have a Government Issued Photo ID as well as the attached form ready to present.

ADP Onboarding and Section 1 on I-9
You will receive an email from HR requesting information to be added to ADP. Please reply to the email to complete the onboarding process. After onboarding on ADP, ensure you complete Section 1 of your I-9.

Final Training
You are now ready for training. Training takes place at 14801 Campo Del Sol, Buda Tx at the DAU5 Amazon Warehouse location. The training will consist of 3 days videos and driving training with Amazon and a 1-day ride along training with Engine Logistics. You must complete all your training in order to fully finish your onboarding.

Note: Shoes that are ankle high but do NOT offer ankle support such as Cowboy boots or Converse are not considered ENGN Approved footwear.
Amazon will provide a pair of shoes at the beginning of employment as well as the beginning of every year.
It is important to note that Engine has a mandatory ankle support policy. Keep in mind that the shoes you order from Zappos should be ankle supported shoes to help to avoid any injury.
