401 K will be available for any Full Time Permanent employees after 3 months of employment with the company.
Employees will receive an email from Humana to their company email, where the employee can accept or decline the 401K.
If the employee does not log in to Humana and  accept or decline the 401 K offer,  6%  will automatically be taken out of every paycheck and deposited into the Employees 401K fund.
If you have any questions or if the deadline has already passed and the deductions have started, you can contact Human Interest’s participant support team at 855-622-7824 or via email at support@humaninterest.com, and let them know that you would like to decline the 401K and want a reimbursement.
